Medication Refill Requests


For patient privacy and safety, all medication refill requests must be submitted using the process below.

Email: refill@refineryox.com subject line: “Refill”

To request a medication refill, please send an email to refill@refineryox.com with the word “Refill” in the subject line.

You will automatically receive an email with instructions on how to submit your refill request.

You will receive email notifications at key stages of the refill process, including confirmation that your request was received and notification when your prescription is ready, available for pickup, or has been sent.

Refill requests are reviewed during normal business hours.

Please allow time for review and processing during normal business hours. Submitting a refill request does not guarantee approval, and some requests may require an appointment prior to processing

This refill request process is for existing patients only requesting refills of medications previously prescribed by a provider at our practice.

This process is not for:

  • New medication requests

  • Dosage changes

  • Emergency concerns

  • Appointment scheduling

If an appointment is required, you will be notified with instructions on how to schedule.
